In this contracted position, you will work onsite with approximately 20 kindergarten and first-grade students, providing essential speech and language therapy services. Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and CCC certification
- Experience working with early elementary populations strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, aides, and parents
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a small caseload of K-1st grade students onsite
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments and regularly monitor student progress
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to support students’ needs within the classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
