Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP state licensure (Oregon)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-1st grade students
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Strong collaborative approach with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and effective therapy activities
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to maximize student progress
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for each child
- Support students onsite, ensuring therapy is integrated seamlessly within their daily school routine
