Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- SLPs with CCC and those completing their CFY are both welcome
- Valid or pending Washington state licensure
- Experience or strong interest providing services to K-12th grade students
- Willingness to adapt to different school environments
Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Full-time schedule (37-40 hours per week)
- Manage a varied K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, deliver therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Participate in school meetings as a valued team member
