Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active Washington Speech Language Pathology license
- Experience working in K–12 settings, school environments, or pediatric care preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Ability to work with teletherapy platforms and SLPA support is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 46 K–12 students
- Deliver both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct assessments and document student progress
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based initiatives
