Qualifications
- Active CA Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP – CCC or SLP – CFY welcome)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage assessments, IEPs, and presentations
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for a caseload of 55 elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, document progress, develop goals, and complete IEP paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a liaison with staff and families
- Support student development through evidence-based practices
