Preferred Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Familiarity with educational IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Document student progress and maintain required records in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in team and staff meetings to coordinate and enhance student support
- Provide consultation and training for educators and families as needed
