Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Recent experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong evaluation, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting the needs of K-12 student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students across a K-12 caseload, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop targeted treatment strategies to address students’ unique communication needs
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation according to district and state guidelines
  • Liaise with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student progress
