Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Recent experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong evaluation, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting the needs of K-12 student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across a K-12 caseload, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Develop targeted treatment strategies to address students’ unique communication needs
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation according to district and state guidelines
- Liaise with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student progress
