Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other service providers
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting a broad range of communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support parents/guardians in understanding students’ needs
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school culture by fostering communication development
