What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a diverse K-12 caseload across self-contained and resource settings
- Leading and participating in IEP meetings, developing and monitoring individualized education plans
- Delivering direct and consultative services to students, supporting their communication and academic growth
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, parents, and administrators—to ensure student progress
- Documenting services, progress reports, and reporting outcomes as required
- Maintaining compliance with state and school guidelines
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Appropriate credentials to serve as a Special Education teacher in Colorado
- Experience within school-based Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Proven experience handling IEP processes and documentation
- Strong commitment to student-centered practices and individualized interventions
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic work ethic, positive attitude, and growth-oriented mindset
Your experience and certification are valued, with compensation ranging from $35 to $50 per hour.
