Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- School experience preferred, but all motivated clinicians are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing direct and consultative services on-site
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Participate in meetings, provide staff consultations, and support academic teams
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment empowering all learners
