School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Santa Rosa, California

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting is desirable
- Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for elementary-aged students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation on all evaluations, treatment plans, and student progress
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and student support team discussions
- Support students with both individual and group therapy sessions
Job Details:
- Contract duration: December 14th, 2026 – June 4th, 2027
- Single elementary campus assignment
- School day schedule: 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM
