Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lynnwood, WA

Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP License
- Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience is preferred
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments for students in assigned caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to facilitate student success
