School Speech Language Pathologist - Toccoa, GA
Step into a vital school-based role supporting students with speech and language needs in the ASD and Severe/Profound classrooms for grades K-5. Desired Qualifications:
• Holds current Georgia SLP licensure
• Holds an active Georgia Educator Certificate
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience or interest in working with ASD or Severe/Profound populations
• Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants are encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able to work onsite (not a remote/virtual position)
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech/language therapy services to K–5 students in ASD and Severe/Profound classrooms
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary team
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Complete Medicaid billing tasks as assigned
• Engage with students, school staff, and families to ensure student communication needs are addressed
