Make a difference for students during the 2026-2027 school year by providing support as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, in-person opportunity runs from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and involves working within a collaborative school environment.

Speech-Language Pathologists will manage caseloads of approximately 45 students at the secondary level and 42 students at the elementary level. This is an opportunity to contribute to students’ communication growth and academic success in a school setting while working alongside a supportive team of educators and professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State SLP license.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
  • Previous experience in school settings is highly valued.
  • Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • SLP-CCC certification.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to student caseloads within elementary or secondary levels as assigned.
  • Complete assessments, develop individualized plans, and maintain required documentation.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, working with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ goals.
  • Track student progress and adjust therapy methods as needed.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
