Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and/or eligibility for North Carolina certification
- CCC-SLP or CFY completion; pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with school-based services, IEPs, and multi-site caseloads (preK, elementary, D/HH)
- Familiarity with teletherapy and indirect service models is a plus
- Ability to supervise SLPAs if needed
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultation SLP services in assigned schools/classrooms
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
- Support both in-person and virtual service delivery (as needed)
- Maintain required documentation and manage caseload/workload
- Potential supervision of support staff (SLPAs)
