School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Tacoma, Washington area
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment End Date: June 23, 2027
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at an elementary school in the Tacoma area for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
Provide speech-language services to an elementary school caseload
Caseload of approximately 40–50 students
Work within a resource room setting
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other members of the educational team
Develop and implement appropriate speech-language interventions
Complete required documentation and student progress monitoring
Opportunity to work onsite or through remote
Schedule
32.5 hours per week
School-based schedule
Qualifications
Active Washington SLP license required
OSPI fingerprinting required
CCC-SLP preferred/required based on assignment requirements
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage a diverse elementary school caseload
