What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology required
- ESA certification for Washington State (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start)
- State of Washington Driver’s license may be needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with in-person provider role across 3-4 school sites
- Familiarity with report writing, IEP documentation, and computer usage preferred
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based therapy is desirable, though not mandatory—motivated new graduates are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to diverse K-12 student caseload
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goals
- Maintain timely and accurate records while using digital tools for documentation
- Travel between assigned nearby school sites as needed
