Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (required)
- Current Washington State license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings is valued, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with writing reports and IEPs is a plus, though not mandatory
- Comfortable using a computer for documentation and communication
- Valid Washington State driver’s license may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including report writing and completion of IEPs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment across multiple sites
