What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (M.S. required)
  • Washington State SLP license and ESA certification (required, or eligibility to apply prior to start)
  • Willingness to be on-site in person across multiple school locations
  • Comfort navigating school environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Competence or willingness to learn report and IEP writing (prior experience is great, but not required)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Preferred: Prior pediatric or school-based experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license may be required

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students according to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Serve a diverse caseload, adapting interventions for varying developmental and educational needs
  • Conduct assessments, assist in drafting IEPs, and maintain thorough, accurate documentation
  • Engage in effective communication with educators, families, and administrators
  • Attend team meetings, actively contribute insights, and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as needed
