Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

- Previous experience providing speech-language services in schools or similar environments
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to diverse student needs and collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and communications as required by school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and parent consultations to discuss student progress and strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes and ensure therapeutic goals align with classroom objectives
