Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Washington state ESA certificate (district will consider pending applicants and offer assistance with expedited processing)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students (caseload of approximately 45)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, monitor, and document students’ progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Deliver services across upper elementary and middle school grades
