Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state license or eligibility for licensure

- Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans and strategies for a range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Deliver services across one to two school sites, ensuring focused and coordinated care
