Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, or communication needs through screenings and evaluations
- Develop and deliver individualized education program (IEP) goals, targeting students’ unique needs
- Provide engaging therapy sessions one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessments, therapy plans, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and ensure best practices in accordance with district and state guidelines
