Desired Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience serving children in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services in individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student communication goals
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students’ speech and language needs within the school community
