Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Current (or eligibility for) state licensure for SLPs
- Previous experience in a school setting beneficial
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- A collaborative approach and passion for student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and address communication disorders for a caseload of 38 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with clear, measurable goals
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions, both individual and group as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational journeys
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and communications in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
