Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Ohio
- Credentials such as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY are both welcome
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP settings, from preschool through high school
- Skilled in pediatric and adolescent communication needs, including play-based preschool assessments
- Open to local and travel SLPs
- Must be available full-time and in-person for the 2026-2027 school year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive, play-based speech and language assessments for preschoolers
- Deliver direct speech-language services to preschool, middle school, and high school students
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and support staff to create individualized intervention plans
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal-setting for students
- Demonstrate flexibility in addressing needs across multiple school levels
