Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP settings preferred
- Strong collaborative skills and effective communication with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication screenings, evaluations, and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary
