Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current or eligible Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Previous experience in a PreK-12 or pediatric setting highly valued
- Solid grasp of IEP processes, evaluation methods, and therapy planning in schools
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services targeting students’ communication needs
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational journey
- Consult with teachers and families to maximize student success
