Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Ohio required
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility to work as a Clinical Fellow welcomed
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP preferred
- Background in play-based and direct service models strongly valued
- Flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches for a diverse student population
- Willingness to accept travel assignments appreciated
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct play-based assessments with preschoolers and provide actionable insights
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students across age groups
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Develop and implement IEPs to support student progress and success
- Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development
