Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marion, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Ohio SLP licensure (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric and school-based SLP caseloads
- Skilled in preschool play-based assessments and intervention strategies
- Comfortable providing direct services to preschool, middle, and high school students
- Ability to adapt service delivery to diverse student needs
- Open to both local and travel SLPs looking for a rewarding assignment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive, play-based speech and language evaluations in the preschool setting
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy to preschool, middle, and high school students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to IEP development, participate in meetings, and support compliance with special education requirements
