Key Qualifications:
- Active Ohio SLP licensure (must be current and in good standing)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or clinical fellowship eligibility accepted
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric settings
- Proficiency in preschool play-based assessments and intervention
- Capable of providing direct services to preschool, middle, and high school populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Open to both local and travel SLPs
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive play-based assessments for preschool students
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy to preschoolers, middle schoolers, and high schoolers
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and provide ongoing communication with stakeholders
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse linguistic and developmental needs
