Essential Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- SLP Educator Certificate, active and in good standing
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (presently valid)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience or enthusiasm for school-based practice
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Able to adapt to varying caseload details as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to assigned school-age caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct timely assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Maintain clear documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Deliver therapy sessions onsite for students’ support and success
