What you’ll bring:
- Active Arizona State SLP License
- SLP Educator Certificate (current and valid)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably with preschool or Child Find populations, is a plus
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and caseload management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for early childhood students, including Child Find
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services tailored to diverse needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state regulations and district policy
- Manage varying caseload sizes, adapting flexibly depending on balance of evaluations versus ongoing therapy
- Contribute to Child Find screenings and parent communication as needed
