Key Qualifications:
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- SLP Educator Certificate (required)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be active and provided)
- CCC-SLP credential (preferred)
- Experience with preschool populations or Child Find highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for preschool and Child Find referrals
- Develop and implement individualized plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and staff training as needed
