Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology state license
- Current SLP Educator Certificate
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FP Card)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings, preferably with preschool or early childhood populations
- Solid knowledge of evaluation tools and IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for preschool and early childhood populations
- Manage a diverse caseload, collaborating with special education teams as needed
- Complete evaluations and create detailed reports tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with all legal and district guidelines
- Serve as a resource for families and staff on communication strategies and student supports
