Speech Language Pathologist in Buckeye, AZ

This contract opportunity runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027 (dates subject to change), offering full-time hours and the stability of a school calendar.
You’ll serve a diverse range of preschoolers as well as support Child Find initiatives. Caseloads are thoughtfully distributed and may vary based on the balance between evaluation responsibilities and therapy sessions—some team members manage approximately 30 students focused heavily on evaluations, while others may support around 60 with primarily therapy duties.
Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
- Active State Speech-Language Pathology License required
- SLP Educator Certificate and current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in schools, especially with early childhood/preschool populations
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to upholding professional, ethical standards and fostering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language therapy and assessments for assigned caseload
- Collaborate with Child Find teams and school staff on evaluation and eligibility determination
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in compliance with state and district policies
- Communicate progress with families and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with all reporting requirements
