School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sugar Land, Texas

You’ll provide speech-language pathology expertise to middle or high school students with a flexible caseload based on your strengths and preferences. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas SLP license and Florida licensure
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings to grades 6–8 and/or 10–12
- Full scope SLP background: therapy, ARD meetings, student evaluation/testing, progress documentation
- Commitment to fulfilling on-site needs
- Readiness to complete fingerprinting per district credentialing requirements (or already have prints on file)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50–60 students
- Willingness to share a license image for records
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to assigned students on middle or high school campuses
- Engage in comprehensive evaluations and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Accurately maintain therapy documentation and student records
- Collaborate with fellow educators and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Adapt therapy strategies to the needs and goals of a diverse student population
- Communicate regularly with families and staff on student progress
- Flexibility in school assignments based on your location within the Houston area
