As a full-time provider, you will enjoy a meaningful caseload of approximately 50-60 students, with school assignments thoughtfully considered based on your ZIP code preference. Whether you’re a seasoned SLP or an enthusiastic Clinical Fellow (CFY), your expertise will be valued—whether providing a full scope of therapy, ARD meeting participation, and evaluation duties, or focusing on supervision. The district welcomes your input on the setting (middle or high school) and matches responsibilities to your strengths.
What we’re looking for:
- Active Texas FL Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (please include an image of your license with your application)
- Comfort working with middle or high school students
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students
- Flexibility to perform a full range of SLP services or provide supervision only
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to complete district-required fingerprinting, if not already on file
- Open-mindedness to school assignments based on your location preference
- New graduates and CFYs encouraged to apply
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individual and group therapy in line with students’ goals
- Participating in ARD meetings and collaborating with teachers and staff
- Conducting evaluations and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
