Qualifications & Experience
- Active Texas SLP licensure (presentable image required)
- Fingerprint clearance required prior to start (existing prints may be valid)
- Experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50–60 students
- Capable of performing the full scope of school-based SLP duties, including therapy delivery, assessments, ARD participation, and documentation
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students in assigned grades
- Conduct required evaluations and participate in ARD meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support professionals
- Travel between local campuses (as assigned) within the southwest Houston area
