Old Sturbridge Academy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time onsite contract position in Massachusetts for the remainder of the 2026โ2027 school year. This opportunity will support Kโ12 students across two school locations in Sturbridge and Worcester.
The district has multiple caseload needs and will work to determine the most appropriate assignment based on the selected SLPโs experience and background. This is an ASAP opening, and the school is looking to move quickly with qualified candidates.

ยท Provide speech and language therapy services to Kโ12 students
ยท Evaluate students and identify speech, language, and communication needs
ยท Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals
ยท Participate in the IEP process and collaborate with special education teams
ยท Provide individual and group-based therapy services as appropriate
ยท Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
ยท Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff
ยท Support students across a range of speech, language, articulation, and communication needs
ยท Follow school, district, and Massachusetts guidelines for speech-language services

ยท Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
ยท Experience working with Kโ12 students preferred
ยท Candidates should be comfortable managing a school-based caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
ยท Experience with evaluations, IEPs, and progress monitoring is preferred
