Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Quincy, MA

As a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll play a key role in fostering positive outcomes for a diverse caseload of 45 students, all while working onsite within an engaging educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome)
- Previous experience in pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and delivery of school-based speech therapy services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside educators, parents, and support staff
- Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with young learners
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering individual and group therapy to elementary and preschool-aged students
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and tracking student progress
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and special education staff to support student success
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the educational planning process
- Documenting services in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship opportunities
