Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Malden, MA

Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
- Passion for helping young children achieve their communication goals
Position Highlights:
- 35-40 hours per week to provide optimal work-life balance
- Onsite engagement, delivering direct assessments and individualized/group therapy
- Support IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation for elementary and preschool students
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Offer training, resources, and guidance for teachers and parents to maximize therapeutic impact
