Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary and preschool caseload of approximately 45 students.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support teams to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reports to ensure goals are met and student needs are addressed effectively.
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting therapy activities to foster participation and engagement.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and stay current with best practices and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required.
- Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school-aged populations.
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and service delivery models is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
