Key Qualifications
- Valid ASHA SLP certification with 2–3 years’ post-certification experience
- Experience in school-based settings working with a variety of communication needs
- Willingness to supervise up to 3 SLPAs, overseeing up to 165 cases collectively
- Readiness to handle fluctuating caseloads and dynamic assignments
- Ability to work full time, in-person
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and support SLPAs in delivering speech-language services, including treatment, data collection, and reporting
- Complete Special Education Eligibility Evaluations (initials and re-evaluations)
- Participate in all IEP meetings, presenting evaluation results and making recommendations
- Write and update IEPs for students on assigned caseloads
- Provide exceptional clinical services to students, adapting to changing needs
