Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lowell, MA

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings highly desirable
- Strong skills in assessment, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities when working with students, families, and educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary and preschool students onsite
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring for assigned caseload
- Consult with teachers and parents to ensure effective generalization of communication strategies across settings
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
