Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State-issued Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
- Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong pediatric evaluation and treatment skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication challenges
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Offer guidance and support to educators and caregivers in speech/language development strategies
