Desired Experience and Skills:
- Active state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, preferably K-12
- Comfortable working in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized goals and intervention plans
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning
- Deliver therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision opportunities
