Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Licensed (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Pennsylvania
- Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based services
- Ability to adapt services for diverse student populations and individual needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students across grade levels on an established caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize therapy effectiveness and student achievement
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute toward goal setting and plan development
