Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Harrisburg, PA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric populations and familiarity with teletherapy platforms
- Prior school-based or healthcare experience in SLP, with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and work effectively with parents, staff, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans and interventions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress reports and compliance paperwork
- Provide services onsite or via teletherapy as needed to meet the needs of the student population
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals
