Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Stafford, VA

This contract opportunity offers three openings, each at a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, serving a diverse K-12 caseload. New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) are encouraged to apply—mentorship and guidance will be provided to support your growth. Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or eligible for completion of CF).
- Experience or strong interest in providing services in a school-based setting.
- Knowledge of IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Duties:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in K-12, targeting diverse communication needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and document student speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students.
- Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings with staff and families.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support student goals and classroom integration.
