Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Springfield, OR

Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure and credentials to practice as an SLP in Oregon
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to provide references upon request
- Love for working with students across K-12, especially those in high school and elementary grades
- Strength in creating engaging, individualized therapy plans
Primary responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Serve students in multiple buildings, supporting their academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
